I have to stop myself from eating these straight out of the bag... They are so good! I made some vegan spelt carob chip cookies on Valentine's Day and they baked perfectly and we're absolutely delicious! The carob chips have a bit of a raisin bran taste to me. I will definitely have to order more bags next time, I love to bake and it makes it even better that I can make it vegan!

Great chocolate chip alternative
I like to use these carob chips to replace chocolate chips. If I'm going to cook vegan and gluten free, I decided I should go all in-including in that area. These chips are amazing! They hold up to heat really well and taste very good.
Chocolate Covered Everything
I use these vegan carob chips for everything! They are so sweet and delicious. I like to make my own Carob covered cherries and peanut butter bulls eyes. So good!

I absolutely LOVE these! I use them to make carob covered almonds, carob chip cookies, carob covered rice krispie treats, carob bars, s'mores and anything else you would use "chocolate chips" for. I put them in the freezer overnight to make carob chip cookies, it helps to prevent them from getting too hot and popping open while baking. I also keep the dough in the fridge while a batch is in the oven baking. Can't say enough about how great these are and buying them online here is MUCH cheaper than in stores :)
