Reviews For Gluten-Free Thin Cakes, Lightly Salted Brown Rice
Based on 19 Reviews
These are great as they are thin, not bulky/thick so they don't fill up your mouth with fluff!!! Whatever you choose to put on them for a tasty bite you actually get to taste without overloading the cracker. They have been my favorite for years!!
These are awesome - my boys love them! I use them to make peanut butter sandwiches with.
I first tried these thin rice cakes while traveling in Ireland several years ago. Loved them so much I contacted the manufacturer to see if they were available in my home area. Sadly, they were not. So I was happy to discover they are now available.
Be sure to store in them in an air tight container once you open the package.
They hold up well with layers of sliced veggies, minced herbs and grated cheese melted under the broiler. Yum!

I have been a rice cake sandwich eater for sometime now, but I would always have to have an "open face" sandwich since rice cakes were so large. I absolutely LOVE how I can use 2 rice cakes and make a legitimate sandwich! Such a fan of these. They're light and well packed so they don't fall apart easily.
These are wonderful plain crackers to use for meals, snacks, hors d'oeuvres or whatever. Plain is nice for a change!! Nothing harmful or allergy prone at all!!
Handy to keep on hand
For gluten avoiders, these thin square rice cakes are nice to make little sandwiches with. Trim your nitrate free lunch meats and stack between add mayo and a little mustard for a moister bite. Do pb&j. Have several. Lock&Lock makes a perfect container for these squares.
I order them every order. I put organic cashew butter on them and sprinkle vegan chocolate chips. I call that my dessert.
I love these rice cakes! They are really thin-no more than a quarter of an inch thick. They're great to eat with lunch meat or even eggs. I have a hard time with other rice cakes (the really thick ones) because it feels like you are eating packing peanuts. Every bite is too dry. I don't have that problem with these!
I will order these each time. Really just right for a snack!
The best rice cakes!
Most rice cakes are thick and chunky - and hard to eat. Suzie's are thin and light and taste great. I wish Thrive would carry the unsalted variety as most toppings, like cheese or spreads have more than enough sodium.
My breakfast choice of bread :-)
I eat Thin Cakes instead of bread. Breakfast or dinner, they go with everything.
Better than Quaker
I love rice cakes, and for the most part I have been sticking to the Quaker variety. These are much better to me, for so many reasons. While the flavor isn't nearly as noticeable (which isn't all bad), the thin size and density of these makes it ideal for having a few and then putting them down. There's so much in one bite, and you can just doctor them up with fresh veggies or cheese. Also, there are only two ingredients - rice and sea salt.
A good vehicle for peanut butter or anything else I used to put on a cracker before I went gluten-free. Crunchy and mild.
Very good product
Great crunchy snack! Calorie wise, good to eat when needing a low calorie snack.
Great GF "Sandwich" Alternative
These are 1/2 the thickness of traditional rice cakes and the rectangular shape makes them easily sandwich-able!!! Seem a bit more solid (hold together) compared to others. We'll see . . .
best I have found
These rice cakes are compacted and dense so don't break when you spread something on them. They stay with you so you don't feel hungry so often. Best I have ever found and they taste great!
These rice cakes are tasty. They are a perfect snack with peanut butter and dried fruit. Or really any topping. Or just plain. My husband and I both enjoy them as well as my entire class of Kindergarteners.

These are so good! They are not your average rice cakes, which is what I was afraid of the first time I purchased. These rice thin cakes have a great toasted flavor and perfect crisp! They also make great mini pb&j's too!
