cooks up al dente, really nice complex flavor, superior to semolina pastas, loved it
Great for soup
I used this pasta when making chicken noodle soup. I just made the soup and then boiled these directly in the broth. They were very good and especially loved by the children.
This is the best gluten-free pasta we've tried so far...more flavour as opposed to the straight brown rice or brown rice/quinoa pastas.
This pasta had a good flavor and the texture was nice and firm.
This pasta is amazing, great texture, not mushy like most gluten free pastas. This is as close as you can get, to wheat pasta.
I am strictly gluten free and finding a good pasta is hard. This pasta is not only good-it's perfect! I cook it up and add a little sauce and it's ready to eat!

Perfect Al Dente
These noodles are great. They cook to the perfect al dante. If you warm them up later (leftovers-you know, if there are any) just be sure to add a little water so they don't get sticky or dry out. They have awesome flavor.

This is the best gluten free pasta ever!
Cook up great but just don't over cook it! If you have leftovers you can add just a tad of water when you reheat in the microwave.
