Easy to make, extremely tasty
Let me start off by saying that I eat vegan but not gluten-free. These do not taste GF at all, I wouldn't have known they were if I didn't read the package. These were very simple to make, I used what I had on hand: unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a mix of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, and safflower oil. The recipe says it makes 6 large or 9 small muffins, I think really you get 9 large or 12 small. I baked 9 muffins at 375F for 25 minutes, they are perfect. I will definitely buy these again. Great product!
probably the best muffins i've ever had (did add a little Young Living lemon zest and some chia seeds, but still) -- chewy consistency, not too sweet or too sour, outstanding!
Good product, bad recipe
The ingredients in this product are excellent. The recipe instructions are not. First, this makes more than the suggested number of muffins, even if you fill the cupcake tins to the top (I made 16 muffins all filled). Second, they lacked some lemon zing to them (tasted more like poppy muffins with a hint of lemon) so I would suggest using 3/4 cup lemon juice and then add some lemon zest. I haven't made the recipe yet with that so I'm not sure how the consistency would change but I think it would improve the taste. Otherwise, we ate the whole batch and are thankful the ingredients are wholesome and healthy.
This is so good. I am new to gluten free and snacking has been a disappointment. This taste like any normal lemon poppy seed and I will be stocking up on this for breakfast for sure.
These have a rubbery like texture, bland tasting & by day two were hard as a rock. I like my muffins soft n fluffy so I baked them less than recommended. Didn't help. Yuck

My husband was pretty excited about this and couldn't wait to try them. If you like lemon you'll love these! The recipe calls for fresh squeezed lemon juice, so these are super lemony. Next time, I'll be diluting the juice with water or coconut milk.
These were sooo delicious and easy to make! No need to worry about having to substitute for eggs or anything.
A little dry
I don't know if it was how I made them or the mix itself but I found these a little dry. However, they were amply lemon-y and I like the seeds. Easy to make and very affordable.

Delicious and soy free!
I have a hard time using pre-made mixes or buying certain foods because I am sensitive to soy and it makes me feel very sick. I searched soy free here on Thrive Market and these were there-I LOVE them! They are gluten and soy free and also nut free making them a great party food or holiday treat because I can share them with people of several allergies. So glad I tried these!

These muffins were very good!
I made these with some organic vanilla, lemon EO, and added some zest.
I'm not sure it would have needed it, but if you cook like me and add things in, you know :-)
