Woodstock also makes the unsalted cashews, but I like these better, because I want just a hint of salt to bring out the full flavor of the cashews. These are non-GMO and they have nothing added to the nuts except cashews and salt. They are whole roasted and they even ship in a BPA-free package if you have any concerns about that. These cashews are fantastic. The hardest thing is not finishing the package in a day, because even with Thrive's great price, it could get expensive.

I've tried Woodstock's goji berries, and they're good, so I bought these cashews to see if the quality was the same, and it is. These are salted, but don't be fooled, there's on 190mg of sodium, which is far less than most dry roasted and salted cashews. But these cashews have a huge crunch, and a wonderful flavor. Just a handful is enough to get me going before I do a workout or as a light snack instead of fattening chips.
