Reviews For Original Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
Based on 11 Reviews
I've had gluten free pizza crusts before, and they were pretty gross. This one has a great flavor. Thanks to other reviewers for the recommendation to heat the crust. I added some tomato paste with some dried seasonings, uncured pepperoni, and topped with cheese and heated at 350F for a few mins. The crust was a little chewy yet a bit crunchy. It was delightful. My picky daughter even had a piece and liked it.
I Can Enjoy Eating Pizza Again!
I like these raw gluten-free pizza crusts. It's true they aren't anything like a dough-type crust, but that's OK by me. They give me the feel of eating a pizza after I add my toppings and cut them into little triangles. I don't warm the crusts. I put my toppings in a skillet, sauce, then put them on my pizza topped with a warm pizza sauce or some hummus. I will order these again. I think they're great!

Liked this right away from the first bite! To avoid it from getting too hard or crunchy, I sprayed it with olive oil (both sides) before topping and put it on aluminum foil. Turned out perfect! To note, this is a personal size pizza crust.
Amazing! Love these
The first pizza base I have found that didn't contain some type of grain. They tasted amazing! I'm ordering 3 more packs now and will be a regular in my orders!
I love buying gluten free alternatives and was anxious to try an easy pizza crust. Problem is, this one just doesn't do it for me. Its a bit too crunch --- although I do love thin crust vs thick. Its just not for me or my family!
I'm so impressed! These are delicious! A bit crunchy if you don't warm the pizza in the oven. I put mine in at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes and it was perfect!
Love! So Good!
Great Alternative to pizza! Will be buying more!
These are pretty good. I suggest that you put your pizza sauce all the way to the edge and don't overbake to keep them from getting too hard.
Not bad but a little bit to hard!
this was pretty delicious and worked great made for a yummy pizza
Not my favorite
I'm vegan and always looking to try new food alternatives. I didn't prefer these because they were sweet like figs and hard to chew/rip. When I think pizza crust I think more savory/salty. I'm not sure I would enjoy a pizza on these as they would be difficult to eat like a pizza slice. You could eat it by itself as it mimics a fruit leather (aka: raw vegan fruit roll up) just in the form of a circle.
