How could something that tastes so so...natural?Garden of Eatin' was founded almost 35 years ago by Al Jacobson, a visionary who was always several steps ahead of his contemporaries. He first toyed with the idea of becoming a vegetarian in the early 1900s when as a toddler living on a farm in Pennsylvania, he discovered the family ate his favorite playmate, the chicken! Fast forward to the 1940s when he dabbled in yoga, metaphysics and became a traveling product demonstrator for Hain Pure Foods, an organic company on the West Coast. In the early 1970s, Al let his spiritual side guide him to start his own health food company – Garden of Eatin’ with the launch of Bible Bread, organic whole wheat pita. Then in 1986, after he followed his natural health...

Hubby loves these.....

He needs the salt-free and we just can't find them around here. Thank you for offering these.

- Barbara

I love these blue corn tortilla chips because they are unsalted and very crispy!

- Mary

Tasty for me, as I am on a restricted sodium diet, but these do not travel well and very few survive for use as full-sized chips if you intend to use them for dips. These could benefit from better packaging.

- Gale

Excellent service!

This is one of favorite items, Blue Corn Chips Unsalted. I got it from Thrive at half the price my health food store sells for, and I have to special order it from them.

- Carole

Yummy chips

Because I have to reduce my sodium, these chips are the way to go. Just enough crunch to satisfy my urge for chips and I really enjoy them with only 10 mg of salt to worry about.

- Barbara

Awesome blue corn chips

Great taste and color. I love the great corn flavor

- Susan

Due to some health issues, I've been on the search for unsalted foods (which can be hard)! These chips are amazing- a thicker chip with a delicious flavor. Highly recommend!

- Tracy

Great chips

I love these tortilla chips, great with your favorite salsa or cheese dip, but I tried them with Gorgonzola cheese and the taste combo is very good.

- Michael

Surprisingly delicious

You can imagine that I went out on a limb, being a person who loves salted tortilla chips, but knowing the sodium is slowly killing me. Almost on a lark, I took a flyer on these, and I'm shocked to say they're really darn good. After a few chips, I didn't miss the salt, and what I realized is that the salt actually hides the natural flavor of the chip. Blue corn is delicious, and this variety is made from whole corn kernels and has nothing added to it. I would say if you want to cut as much sodium from your diet as possible, chips and crackers are the first place to look, and these make for a really good substitute without you having to sacrifice a lot of taste.

No artificial ingredients

It took a few days for me to get used to the taste of these blue corn tortilla chips, but once I realized that no salt meant the taste was richer, grainier and fuller, I never looked back. These are great chips, crunchy, textured and filling enough that you don't need any kind of dip, but if you're so inclined, refried beans, cheddar cheese and sour cream make a great dip, and these tortilla chips are strong enough to pretty much act as a base for a bunch of recipes.

Awesome crunch!

These are great! I love that they aren't too salty!! Seriously great chips!

- Justine

These no salt blue chips are great! I can snack healthy now. I don't eat sodium and sometimes you just need to eat something crunchy, now I can Ty!

- Kimberly Preston

Balanced Flavor

After being spoiled by these blue-corn, unsalted chips, I can't go back to eating other tortillar chips. This brand has real flavor, but it’s neutral enough to work well with salsa, hummus and other dips. The other brands just taste like salt (a lot of salt). I only wish we could get these chips in larger bag sizes. My local market used to sell big, family-sized bags of this brand. If they are still available at the larger size, I hope Thrive will carry them.

- Ashley

I really enjoy these blue tortilla chips.

I really enjoy these blue tortilla chips. They are sold at a good price. Not salty and they have a great crunch. They go great with red salsa and can be eaten alone as well. You don’t have to worry about having too much because they’re healthy. You really need to try them.

- Hugh Harrington

Great Flavour - Excellent Find!

I've been hunting for snacks which taste good, but don't have BHA,BHT,EDTA,hydrogenated (partially or otherwise) fats, artificial colors and a myriad of other ingredients which are known to be "bad" yet they are still allowed in food production. I can't express how excited I was to find these!

- Vaughn

These chips are great! Due to hypertension, I need to really watch my salt intake. I didn't have high hopes for these, but they have a really nice corn flavor and great crunch that make up for the lack of salt. I don't miss it all when I eat them salsa!
