After trying to make this on my own (it didn’t go well), I found this to be a lovely replacement for sweetened condensed milk.

I used this in a magic bars recipe and they turned out well. Did not set up well in key lime pie though. It’s not a perfect substitute for regular condensed milk but it’s good for some recipes and delicious in coffee.

I used this for making fudge this year. It was good, it just want quite enough. Next year I will need to have 2 cans handy. So, its hard to say if it was a great substitution or not since I had to use some regular coconut with it. The fudge was good though. Seems like I used it for coconut whipped cream too? Don't remember enough specifics though.
