The Best DIY Scrub For Super-Smooth Skin

Last Update: September 28, 2022

You don’t have to spend the day at the spa to get freshly exfoliated skin.

In fact, you probably already have everything you need to mix up a batch of this simple, three-ingredient DIY body scrub.

The oil, whether you use jojoba or olive, is both nourishing and hydrating, while the Epsom salts remove dead skin. The rosemary stimulates your circulatory system, invigorating the whole body.

This simple scrub is the perfect at-home treatment for dry skin and also works well as a thoughtful gift. Just jar some up, wrap it with a colorful ribbon, and voila — you’ve got a stylish gift.

To make the scrub, simply mix the following ingredients together in a bowl or a jar.

Ingredients:

¼ cup jojoba or olive oil
¾ cup Epsom salts
1 tablespoon chopped dried or fresh rosemary

The recipe can be easily doubled or tripled and then stored in an airtight container for future at-home spa sessions. Feel free to tweak the ratio of oil to salt if you want a smoother or more abrasive scrub.
