About This Brand

It’s funny how life works out sometimes. Amy’s Kitchen never set out to become one of the world’s leading purveyors of prepared frozen organic foods, but here they are. The only thing Amy’s really wanted to do was provide busy people on the go with convenient food options that were healthier than typical TV dinners, and maybe make a decent amount of money in the process. Almost 30 years and millions of dollars in sales later, it’s safe to say that Amy’s Kitchen has succeeded far beyond their wildest expectations. How Amy’s Kitchen got started Rachel and Andy Berliner are like many people, and like most people who had just returned from a long grueling day of work, cooking was the last thing on their minds. They tried pre-cooked frozen foods but found them disappointing because of their weak cardboard flavors and unhealthy amounts of sodium, sugar, and chemical additives. Rachel and Andy thought a better way needed to exist, so they made one themselves and soon Amy’s Kitchen was...

Reviews For Thai Coconut Soup, Tom Kha Phak

Based on 8 Reviews

4 Stars

I'm ordering more of these for my lunch breaks but only giving 4 stars because I don't like the green beans. I'd like more coconut milk and less veggies.

- Anne

Almost Perfect!

The flavor is incredible and the soup doesn't sit heavy, which is wonderful. My only complaint is that there isn't enough tofu, mushroom, etc. It's a bit sparse in terms of solids versus liquids.

- Danielle

Just Ok

Ok let's get the bad out of the way: the vegetables were so mushy and overcooked that they fairly disintegrated in my mouth. Gross. HOWEVER the broth is amazing! The flavor is fantastic! And the tofu is just great. So...all in all it's ok.

- Arielle

Tom Kha

Tom Kha is one of my favorite Thai foods-this as good as it gets outside of the restaurant. It is good right out of the can and great if you add your own "extras".

- Lyn

Delicious favorite

This is an excellent quick soup that can pass for 'home-made'.

- Margarete

worth a try

I liked the soup. It's slightly spicy which makes it even better.
