Why You’ll Love It

A darling of the Paleo world, bone broth is chock full of protein, collagen, minerals, and gelatin that can nourish joins and boost the immune system. Even if you’re not quite sold on swigging a mug full of broth in place of your morning coffee, you can still get all the health benefits by using it in your favorite recipes. Swap in bone broth in place of water when cooking quinoa, add it to mashed potatoes, use as a soup base, or braise meats and vegetables with it for added depth of flavor. The beef jalapeno variety is especially great for livening up bland meals as it lends satisfying savory notes and a fiery kick.

About This Brand

EPIC products don’t just focus on good taste—they also want their foods to nourish the body and mind, while also being conscious of the land and of the animals that contribute to their line of products. The story behind the EPIC brand EPIC was founded by Taylor Collins and Katie Forrest after they both became vegetarians, oddly enough. They both assumed that a healthy diet was entirely plant-based and that the best sources of protein came from soy or other highly processed options. They ate a lot of carbs and very few fats, just like nutritional experts in the media advised, and they also tried going vegan and doing a raw food diet. It didn’t exactly work as hoped since their diets only made them sick with gastrointestinal distress and other inflammatory ailments. Taylor and Katie didn’t know how to maximize their wellness, so they looked for answers in the whole foods diets that our human ancestors consumed. This is also known as the Paleo diet, which focuses on foods that...

Reviews For Beef Jalapeno Bone Broth

Based on 5 Reviews

Homemade phó

The jalapeño inspired me to make a home version of pho. I boiled some rice noodles and grilled a chicken breast. I pulled the chicken apart. After bringing the broth to temperature I served it over noodles, spinach, mushroom, raw red onions and topped it with the chicken and chopped cilantro. A squeeze of lime and a little Siracha completed my dish. High protein and lots of flavor! The broth in itself is subtle and does not come overtly salty, this is definitely my favorite followed by the chicken flavor .

Yum!

I really love this bone broth. You can taste the apple cider vinegar but it's mellow and the overall flavor is delicious- I drink it hot for breakfast or lunch and it keeps me full. The only bummer is that it is a little pricey- more affordable than most, though.

Delicious

This is my favorite store bought bone broth, although I need lots of flavor. I still add a bit of turmeric, cayenne, sea salt , black pepper and cumin.
But that's just me , it is definitely the most flavorful I have eaten or should I say drunk.

Beef Jalapeno

The broth was good. I'll buy it again.

Very Good "Soup"

The beef flavor is a little light in this one but it makes up for it with some nice spice. The apple cider vinegar also gives it a very sour/lime taste, that I like, but may throw some off.

I really like it. I only wish it were about a half or third of the price and this would be in my regular orders.
