Why You’ll Love It

I can still feel the first lava rock mortar I used to crush roasted garlic and jalapeños in a little Mexico City kitchen. And I can taste the ripe tomatoes, roasted over the flames that give those spicy aromatics the sweet breath of life. You can taste our dedication to small-batch salsa made from fresh ingredients.

Reviews For Jalapeño Cilantro Salsa With Roasted Tomato and Garlic

Based on 18 Reviews

Tasty but no heat

I expected some heat with this salsa. I should say, I dreaded the heat. I love jalapeno flavor, but I'm pretty much a wussy when I it comes to heat. This was a surprise...it has good jalapeno flavor, but no heat! I think it needs a teensy bit more heat, but it is a flavorful salsa.

All natural and delicious

All natural and delicious ... no unknown ingredients. Lasts a couple of weeks in the refrig. after opening. Great flavor without being too spicy.

I like this salsa the best of any I've tried; it's the right amount of everything, including hot -ness.

- Linnea

Our favorite jarred salsa!

We like all the Frontera salsas but this one is definitely our favorite!

- Sara

the best!

This will be my third time to order and I'm going to double up and buy two jars this time. It doesn't last around my house. We use it on eggs meat and of course Mexican food. Really great stuff.

Great

Awesome flavoring

NOT ORGANIC!!!

One find equally as good or better salsas that are organic and of equal price (or less).

- kanta

Delicious!

Absolutely delicious; ate almost the entire thing in one sitting, lol (low calories, so why not)

- Amanda

I love this salsa

It's just the right amount spicy, and the flavor is fresh and delicious. It's the only salsa I'll buy.

Update On Previous Review

I just learned that vendors on Amazon are selling this produce for $6.00 and up!! Thanks Thrive Market!

- Jeanne

Excellent!!

This is by far the very best bottled salsa that I have ever had. The flavors are outstanding and perfect. This will be my go to salsa from now on.

- Jeanne

Salty!

Couldn't really eat this, it was way too salty, very disappointing.

- Julie

Jalapeno Goodness

I like this salsa, although it's not my favorite. I think it would be better without the garlic, but it tastes good on nachos and even in nacho soup. The best things is that it is free of gluten, cholesterol and more. You know you're getting something that is healthy and good for you.

Hot and Delicious

This is by far one of my favorite salsas. I use it simply to dip chips in, I use it in/on all of the Mexican dishes, and it's even great as a tasty addition to my chili. It's not good chili unless it males you sweat. If hot salsa isn't your thing, you might want to skip this one!

Delicious salsa!

I usually prefer to make my own salsa, but sometimes life is just too busy. So! I keep this in my fridge for those times. Delicious on eggs, salads, etc.
