About This Brand

It started out as a hike, no different than the many others in the Rocky Mountains. That’s when Lara Merriken had an idea—one that would change her life and the lives of many others. That is, to create a snack bar with simple, delicious ingredients that’s convenient to eat on-the-go. In May 2000, Merriken scoured the aisles of grocery stores and gathered even more ideas. She noted popular flavors of ice cream and cookies, and began developing nutritious, tasty snack bars that spoke to her inner dessert-lover. Superfood Larabars

I love these bars. The flavor is delicious, helps get rid of cravings for sugary bars. Everything in the bar is fruit and nuts and other real food. No additives. I think these bars taste great.

My Favorite

This is my new favorite larabar. Less sweet than the originals, with that hint of chocolate.

Just What I Need

These are clean, yummy, and perfect for a busy mommy and business owner! These are kept in my purse/diaper bag for times when I need to eat and can't get to anything else yet. My 16 year old son likes them too.
