As a dietitian, I 100% approve! Minimal ingredients and delicious taste.
Ice cream for breakfast
We made the smoothie recipe on the jar with this for breakfast and it was like having ice cream for breakfast. So good!
Good and good for you
I've tried several different whey protein powders and this by far the best I've had. It tastes really good and got the approval of my "health coach" as being a good choice. I make a smoothy with it every morning. It keeps me feeling full for hours. Would recommend.
This is an amazing protein powder. Not only because it is composed of ingredients you can trust but the manufacturing process has also made this the least processed protein powder rendering its protein content completely assimilabe. It is very delicious too. I mix it with almond or cashew milk and I add MCT oil which gives it more body and improves satiety. I also add my own probiotic and sometimes I add organic arrowroot starch for more body. This is a fantastic brand that respects the food making process. You're paying for quality here. Considering what you're getting compared to other comparably priced brands, this is tops. I love that the sodium content is low, another sign that preservatives and chemicals are not in abundance here.
Love This Flavor
I've ordered both the chocolate and the vanilla, and I have to say the vanilla is better if you want to actually taste the flavor. The chocolate is so faint it just kind of mixes in with anything, so that's great if you're making a smoothie, not great if you just want a protein shake of powder+water. I knocked off a star for the ridiculousness of packaging 14.3 ounces of product in a canister that could easily hold two pounds worth--just seems wasteful to me. Also, I stretch this out by measuring an actual 28 grams instead of using the scoop they include. A tablespoon is appx 14 grams; I am able to fit four tablespoons of powder into one scoop, which means if I scoop the product out I am actually ingesting closer to two servings. Other than that, I love this product. My gym sells a close second called SFH but it's not certified organic and they don't mention if the grass-fed beef was fed organic grass or not, so I'll continue to use Natural Force.
This protein is the best! I've tried others and none are as creamy and smooth. It's just the right amount of sweet although I wish they had unsweetened. LOVE this protein by far my favorite
Great product. Great flavour. Great price.
I've been using this product for a while now and both my husband and I love it. We mix it with frozen fruit, flax seeds and raw organic apple juice each morning for a healthy smoothie. We've never had an issue with clumping ...and find that even the raw taste of the powder to be quite pleasant.
not digging the taste
I bought this for the natural ingredients and the fact that it's non GMO, but I have to say that the taste when it's blended isn't great. It's hard to describe, but it's not pleasant, and it's not masked even if I use fruits like blueberries which have a strong flavor to them. I prefer the taste of Naked Whey, which I used to buy, but is just so damn expensive, which is why I switched, back this isn't doing the job for me, unfortunately.

pure whey protein
Natural Force makes one of the only organic whey protein powders on the market. It's all grass fed why and it's gluten free and non GMO for those of you who are concerned about both. It has a great, distinct vanilla flavor that comes from pure vanilla bean extract. I use it to supplement my daily intake of protein, especially because I've cut red meat out of my diet and this gives me a lean serving of protein without added fat and calories.
Good taste but a little clumpy
I have mixed this with water and almond milk, tastes good either way. Doesn't mix very well in a shaker bottle, still has small clumps suspended in the water. I used a vitamix with a little more success but had some clumps stuck on the side of the carafe. I would expect this from a protein supplement that has no fillers, so I actually appreciate that!
I know protein powders aren't necessarily Paleo, however, it's my compromise versus the plethora of unPaleo food I could consume. I use this protein in smoothies, it has a mild vanilla flavor and blends perfectly (I haven't used a shaker mixer, but it's super smooth in the blender). My kids love it, which they usually give the "eww" face when they detect protein powder in their smoothies. I just added the cocoa version to my cart to try (maybe with cold coffee and almond milk!).
This is a great protein mix to use in a smoothie, or along w/ almond milk (or milk of choice). I have a ninja bullet I mix it with berries and greens and its great. When in a hurry i put it in my shaker bottle with almond milk and shake shake shake its ready to go. I will try the chocolate as well!
Love, love, love this stuff! I've always hated whey in my shakes but I love this product. I will continue to use it to help with my diabetes.
Not what I expected
First of all, I need a protein powder that is mixable. I want the convenience of adding it to a drink without needing to drag out the Vitamix and blend it -- I should be able to blend it in with a spoon or at most a whisk. Second, the taste was okay, not great. There was a bit of an aftertaste. It definitely was not the most delicious protein powder I've ever had.
Simple and Perfect
After many years of buying supplements filled with sugar and toxic ingredients that I couldn't pronounce, I finally realized how I was harming my body and not getting the nutrition that my supplements claimed to offer.
In my search for protein with a simple ingredient list, I came across Natural Force and decided to give them a try since Thrive's pricing was very fair.
Not only is this protein natural and even organic, it tastes great too! I blend it into smoothies every morning and it adds the perfect amount of vanilla flavor. I heard the chocolate one is good too.
