Crunchy, and good use of calorie. So happy when I find a gluten and dairy free cracker. These are rather bland, but good when eaten with a highly flavored food.
THE best cracker
This is the only cracker I eat now. It crunchy but not so hard I will chip a tooth. I eat it with everything I just love it.
Blue Ribbon Winner!
These half-a -piece- of -bread sized crackers are just what I'd been looking for. They are perfect for making a sandwich for lunch. Nice crunch and a neutral taste makes them good with anything, from jams to ham with mustard, lettuce, and tomatoes. There are less than 36 calories in two crackers! I'll be ordering these frequently.
I don't need any other gluten free crackers :)
I love this! I use it to put chicken salad on. Or nut butters. It is my go to in place of bread or other crackers I am not crazy about. This one is a keeper!
Best Ever Cracker
Great with any cheese / spread - enhances the flavor of such.
gluten free Original Crackelbread
whole foods stopped carrying this. WHY? THESE ARE THE BEST RICE FLATBRED CRACKERS EVER!
I mix CoYo plain yogurt with olive tapanade and spread on these crackers. Guests rave and I mean rave!

Crisp, Light & Sturdy
This Cracklebred is excellent with a slice of cheese and bacon as a topper. I used Deli-Deluxe American by Kraft (only slices I had at the time) with a microwaved, crispy slice of bacon. Very filling and satisfying. Yum!

Nice light cracker crunch for those of us that are gulten free
Excellent GF vehicle for anything
This product is not easy to find, so I stock up when I do. It is a great cracker for anyone who prefers crackers to bread. Good ingredients, very low sugar, and 5 of them are about the caloric weight of one piece of bread! They are also more fragile than other crispbread so I appreciated Thrive's expert packing job, they all arrived intact.

Crispy Gluten free cracke
I love the gluten free crackle bread . It is crispy and delicious . It is plainly flavored so I goes well with cheese and other toppings. It would be delicious with Nutella or peanut butter .
A lot of gluten free crackers tend to be dense and high in carbs/calories but this one is neither! Its light and flaky with a nice crunch all while keeping the calories low. Would compare it to Ritz crackers.
I have Celiacs and I try a lot of products to find the ones that are the closest to the gluten product I left behind. This cracker is very good. I eat it with just butter or peanut butter or something more substantial like meat and cheese. And I love the fact this has crunch but I am not going to break a tooth on it. A huge fan can't wait to try the flavored ones.
Be warned, if you don't read the ingredients well, you won't know that these crackers have soy. I guess it's my fault, but still I wish I had read the ingredients closer, because I don't eat any kind of soy in my diet. Aside from that, these are really good, crunchy, gluten-free, no trans fat and delicious as a snack.

Gluten free goodness
These are great crackers, gluten-free and tasty. I've had other cracklebreds that are bland and powdery, but these are really good even without anything on them. But I like to put chicken breast pieces or organic jams on these to make it even better. They only have rice, corn, cane juice and sea salt, so that's about as organic as you can get.

Where have these been all my life!
Serious life line if you need to avoid gluten. Light and crispy! Total Yum! Try a bit of cream cheese, with stevia and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Good choice with chicken, tuna or any other mayo/meat type salad, or lunch meat and cheese Great with either sweet or savory. THANK YOU! I might actually stay gluten free this time!
Light, cripsy and GF. Living in Manhattan, this is the best price I have found on the crackers. I like to use them in place of bagels as a carrier for lox and cream cheese.
