Tried to put an entire bag on some noodles and it was really strong and weird... then tried them on broccoli and only like 1/3 of the bag this time and YES..yum! So maybe start with a little and then adjust?

Got the job done

This is good IF u doctor it up. I used for nacho cheese sauce and added onions, jalapeños, garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Wasn’t quite the same as regular nacho cheese, but considering how awful cheese makes me feel, it’s an extremely passable substitute

It tastes like cheap cheese. I tried to change the flavor adding other spices and nothing worked sadly.

My son loves it - and he grew up on Kraft before discovering a dairy allergy. Works on noodles, broccoli, Beyond Burgers, and more. Still has that “fake cheese” taste but much better than earlier iterations!

Tossing it

This had that gross plastic-y taste that gass station nacho cheese has, and is nowhere near as good as making your own cashew cheese (or if your lucky enough to have a good vegan restaurant near by that serves it). I used it on steamed veggies and for my second serving, I opted to skip the cheese as it only subtracted from the dish. Will not be buying again.

I find it's really hit or miss with this brand. The taste is overwhelming and I didn't like the thickness.
