Great cornstarch substitute

I like to use this organic kuzu root starch in lieu of corn starch or tapioca starch. It gives a thickening like cornstarch without using as much - and without using a corn product. It is flavorless.

Mega love this stuff!!

This is great thickener. I have many food sensitivities and this doesn't make me feel bad like most other thickening agents. It also has a totally neutral flavor and works really well for soup and sauces. Doesn't create that slimy gelatinous texture that corn starch does.

Amazing thickening agent without the raw flour or odd corn starch taste. Dissolve in a cold liquid BEFORE adding to hot! You too will be amazed.
