Great concept, but the adhesive is horrible. These became bunched up and uncomfortable to wear for just walking around normally (was not trying to exercise with one on). I think how well they stick heavily depends on the fabric content of your underwear... Not exactly something you would want to keep track of. Not worth it in my opinion.

They actually hold quite a bit, if needed. Comfy in my underwear. Adhesive is strong enough. I love/hate that they aren’t wrapped individually. I love it at home because it’s less waste. But I hate that I can’t take them on the go.
