As a pharmacist, this multivitamin has great ingredients. Zinc should always be accompanied by copper (and the ratio used here is perfect) and vitamin D should be accompanied by Vitamin K2. It is hard to find a multivitamin that actually gets this right. I love the calming herbs used in this, too. I have been using it for a week, and it really has helped me handle stress better than usual!
