These kelp noodles made for a yummy salad. Be sure to soak in warm water with lemon juice and a tsp of baking soda (for a few minutes) to soften them!

Unsure if I'd buy again but flavor and nutrition was good

These were good for a noodle substitute because they held up and had no flavor. I was a little disappointed in the texture when using in my ramen. I've used konjak noodles and wasn't expecting pasta, but these were almost crunchy. I might try them again for a cold noodle salad, but not my favorite sub so far.

I love these noodles

To me, these are THE perfect ramen noodle replacement. I put them in a colander and use the spray attachment on my kitchen faucet as hot as it will go and rinse them for a couple minutes, kind of tossing them in the colander as I go. This rinses them and heats them without need for additional cooking. I usually divide them into 2 or 3 containers and top off with ramen broth and add my desired veggies and protein. I've had it about 4 days after sitting in broth in the fridge (just reheating the container in the microwave) and the noodles still have the perfect texture-no soggy/mushy mess like traditional flour based noodles would be. I ordered a package just to try, and since picked up 5 more on my last thrive order. I have yet to try these as a classic pasta replacement in any spaghetti or alfredo dishes, but I'm sure they'll be just as enjoyable. They're a good hardy noodle with a good bite to them!

I used these to make a Keto friendly chicken noodle soup and they were a great substitute for regular pasta. I liked these better than the shiritake noodles.

Konaberry noodles in a smoothie

I made the noodles with the recipe that was on the package and I really enjoyed it. But to make it something we might have more often and reap more of the health benefits I add some of the rinsed noodles to my smoothie ingredients. Works out great.
