The Details

Why you’ll love this box

Looking for a food-friendly red that’s unadulterated by new oak? The Domaine Santa Duc is for you! This old-vine Cotes du Rhone punches well above its weight class of the expansive ‘Cotes du Rhone’ appellation, sitting comfortably between Cabernet and Pinot Noir. The wine has plenty of structure and tannins to avoid getting lost alongside meatier dishes, while still being delicious on its own. Domaine Santa Duc has a rich family history dating back to 1874, and has been proudly using organic farming practices for the past 30 years.

Plenty of structure and tannins to avoid getting lost alongside meatier dishes, while still being delicious on its own.

Made everyone happy

This is my second Wine shipment from Thrive, and this wine is in my top three! My husband is not much of a wine drinker, my daughter prefers Cabs and I lean towards Pinot Noirs...We were all happy with this one! Very easy to drink.

Loved this wine

We’ve tried many Thrive wines, both red and white, and this is one of our favorites. The color is deep and beautiful. The wine is fruity without being sweet. It’s very easy to sip alone.

This is a huge miss

I’ve tried 3 other reds from Thrive which were all great but this tasted as bad as it smelled. Absolutely atrocious and not drinkable.
