Pamela's Spice Cake mix
Delicious! Just as good as the spice cake mix with gluten.
Never thought I would be able to have spice cake again. Next time, making two...one to freeze.
Simple to prepare. Made great textured & flavored cupcakes.
Is best the first day. Rises well, nice texture and just the right spice for me. Do try this one.
A friend said her son had major food allergies growing up...
Then she said, "That was way before Pamela's!" I am so thankful for all the Pamela's Gluten Free baking mixes. Gluten Free helps me manage my joint inflammation and helps my granddaughter with her tummy troubles. They taste good, too!

great substitute for family favorite
Our family has always enjoyed a recipe that became problematic when our daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease. I was delighted to find this mix that works well in the Apple Spice cupcake family favorite recipe. I merely substitute applesauce for the milk to make the recipe more closely resemble the original and add butterscotch frosting. Everyone loves that our treat is back for all to enjoy!
as with all of Pamela's other mixes, this one is delicious. Just wish that it were organic and had no added sugar. I know it's a dessert, but I'm allergic to sugar and need to use a substitute (xylitol).
This was the most delicious cake mix I've ever made!! Everyone loved it and they didn't even know it was gluten free! I made it with homemade cream cheese icing. It was a huge hit for thanksgiving dessert!!
