Reviews For Active Health™ Teen Multivitamin
Based on 4 Reviews
Extremely large pills!! And the dose is three a day. My teen is unable to swallow even one. I love Rainbow Light company but was very disappointed in these vitamins
My daughter has seen improvement in her skin since starting on this multi vitamin. The serving size is 3 tablets. As others mentioned, the tablets are a little large. She uses a pill splitter to break in half for easy swallowing & takes one tablet with every meal. Even though we eat a whole food diet, this rounds out the gaps she may have during the day.
I can't speak to how this works because my 12 year old daughter couldn't get it down because it is HUGE. I tried myself and had to cut it in half. I really think they should put the size in the description when they know it will be children taking it.
Great for my teen daughter
My teen daughter has a tendency to just eat what she feels like and I fear she won't get the nutrients she needs. I decided to get this multivitamin for her and it is working out great for her.
She has said she feels better since she started taking this multi-vitamin, like she was missing something and it was given to her through this vitamin.
We have both also noticed her skin looks healthier and she doesn't break out as often without having to use any special face creams or acne treatments. I like that these are sugar, gluten, and lactose free because those are things we try to limit in our home and it makes it easier on her sensitive stomach.
