Great taste for gluten free & diabetics
Thin, light, low calorie, low glycemic and good flavor. This is a staple in my everyday diet. Just eat them immediately if you top them with moist ingredients. I love putting my chopped boiled egg with humus, dijon mustard, and diced onions on these corn cakes for breakfast. Great for making an "open face" sandwich. Just top with lunch meat, dressing, tomato & cheese. Yummy!
omg too good
I was real on the fence about trying these and now I am super happy that I did. Much more flavor and texture than rice cakes. 3 corn cakes is the equivalent to the thickness of one rice cake. But 3 corn cakes is more satisfying than even 3 rice cakes.
I use cakes like this for when I am working in the gardens at church instead of a candy bar jut to keep me going. Keep this one as a standard offering!
Nice change from rice cakes
These are tastier than rice cakes and very hard to find elsewhere. Use these instead of bread for pb&j.

These are so good, I've lost track of how many I've ordered off of Thrive. Maybe a dozen? More? They're subtle enough that I never get tired of the taste, and I don't feel guilty munching away on them all day.
I really enjoy these. They have more flavor than most rice cakes I've had in the past. Great for light eating and snacking.

I love these gluten-free corn cakes!
These are delicious. Compared to the rice cakes I often eat, these have such a different corn-y flavor and have less carbs/calories than the rice ones. With corn, it has to be organic too. I'm keeping these around all the time now.

These are awesome! I love rice cakes and these corn cakes are thin and delightful. Get creative, you can make decadent appetizers, melt cheese on them, cream cheese dips, a real nice basic tool for unique eats or great by themself for a quick pick me up!
These corn thins are really good. I prefer rice cakes, but these are a great alternative if I can't have those and are great with salsa and hummus. I like to eat them as a snack mid-day to keep me from snacking on something I'll regret later. Overall pretty good-just make sure to seal them tight. I forgot and they went stale over night.... (not unlike other corn thin/rice cake product)

Great for snacking
These original corn thins are a wonderful snack to be enjoyed on their own as well as with cheese and cheese sauce, vegetables and fruit slices and hummus and spreads that you like. These corn things thins make a very light and nutritious lunch with salsa and salad. While they are a little high on the salt side, it is necessary to take them accordingly for people who have to limit their salt intake. It is necessary to keep them tightly sealed to maintain freshness or they will go stale and lose their unique flavor.
