Reviews For Stainless Steel Bottle

It makes municipal water taste good!
So I have filled this bottle with chlorinated city tapwater (I'm spoiled by having a limestone lined artesian well supply my water at home) and I will say that the water is actually drinkable. It's impressive. This means I can fill up anywhere and I actually tolerate the water.
The experience of using the bottle entails having to suck a while to get the filter primed before water starts coming out. OK, I can do that. In addition, you need to underfill the bottle a little because the filter displaces a fair bit of water. I would guess I only really yield 18 oz of water with each fill-up. But since I can fill it up from any nearby tap, this isn't really a problem.
Given that one can spend this much or more on a non-filtering bottle, I think this is a deal.
OH, and the shiny curvy shape is attractive and ergonomic in the hand. I have actually received compliments on my "nice water bottle". Go figure.
