Close to a Coffee Taste
For my health, I've had to give up coffee. I've tried all of the Teeccino flavors, and this one is, by far, my favorite out of all of them. I started mixing Teeccino and coffee together to slowly wean myself off, and I really recommend you do that. It has made my entire transition so much smoother.

A Decent Coffee Alternative
My doctor recommended that I give up coffee, and it's probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do! This has made it a lot better. It's not nearly quite as "thick" as regular coffee is, but it still has a pretty believable coffee taste. If you have to give up coffee like I did, this is better than nothing.

a good alternative
Due to a sensitivity, I have to limit my caffeine intake but I do love the aroma and taste of coffee. Also, the acid in coffee can get to stomach from time to time. This is a great alternative to coffee for me and I usually take my coffee black. I was surprised how much it seems like a dark roast coffee, but it's not. If anything, it's a bit little watered down from the real stuff, even if I keep the tee bag in my cup throughout the time I drink it... but, it works for me and I'd recommend it if someone might have caffeine or acid sensitivities, and misses that coffee aroma.
It takes some getting used to because it doesn't taste exactly like coffee, but that should be expected. After my 2nd cup, I was ready for me. For best taste definitely, follow the directions on the box and boil water this has worked the best for me. It is a good alternative to coffee if you are looking for an option while on AIP.
Smooth and chocolatey
I tried Teeccino a long time ago, and wasn't a fan. But I just tried the French roast, and though I could smell the carob as it steeped, I'm amazed that it has a mild chocolate taste and aroma. As far as a coffee flavor, it's weak. It's not bitter (steeped about 4 min), I love the convenient "tee-bags," and I added full-fat coconut milk - it's delicious. I should also add that I'm on the Whole30 and miss chocolate :) but still a great alternative to tea!
