I was only skeptical because I'm usually not a big oil fan, especially with fish like this, I tend to get only in water. But I have to say the olive oil ads to it and I loved them. The fish was tender and light, super flaky. I will be buying these a lot!

For a quick meal yellowtail and some crackers really gives you a lot of energy when you're on the run without eating junk food. I love. the taste I always leave the oil in the can well being out of the can tend to be more tender .
