All good things

Like another reviewer wrote, it's hard to find anything bad to say about these forks. We have four kids, so parties and play dates are plentiful, and with kids comes food. Well, these are great because they are strong enough for almost any food, and they are great for the environment. And I can actually teach my kids a little bit about recycling and composting when they use these forks. Bravo to World Centric, a great name for a company that's putting ideals into everyday use.

Terrific for the environment

I've left plastic things behind, especially because I live in California, where plastic bags have been banned for use in all grocery stores.

Using these biodegradable forks is so awesome. They are strong, just as strong as regular white plastic forks, but once I'm done using them, I know they can be turned into another usable product or composted into soil. What a concept. It's amazing the kind of products Thrive is offering on their site. Just incredible savings on things I'd never imagined. It makes it easy to try to live the right way when you have a site like Thrive that's offering such fantastic discounts and options.

Comparable

When my wife and I started living healthier, we gave up most plastic utensils - then we started eating foods that tend to stick to the metal silverware we own. We were spending way too much time and water trying to clean off the food, so we use these disposable forks when we know the food is going to be a mess on silverware. We both feel better knowing we're saving water while we know that these corn-based forks will biodegrade. We've had no problems with the forks, and they seem just as strong (if not stronger!) than plastic, disposable silverware we've used in the past.

Good Healthy Product

My family and I have used World Centric products before. They have never let us down and I'm excited to say, they continue to be the best natural disposable product. My children are working on a recycling chapter at school and they were asked to bring an item from home that is recyclable. Both children choose the disposable World Centric plates and utensils. Both reported their teachers were surprised because they had never heard of this type of "good for you and the Earth" type plates and eating utensils.

I sent a note to one of the teachers about Thrive so she too could save big money on items she purchases already and new ones. She returned a letter of gratitude a week later.

As good as plastic

These forks are as sturdy as most plastic utensils. I've only had a tine break once or twice, and usually when eating a tough steak.

These are the most earth friendly utensils I have come across and they make me proud to no longer use plastic ware. I make sure to use them at potlucks everywhere I go and let people know what they are. I get lots of new customers, I am sure!

Awesome product

It's hard to think of anything bad to say about this product. They are gluten-free, non-plastic, compostable and the purchase of them is good for more than just the environment.

Thrive Market offers these for a wonderful price. It makes it easier to be better to the environment!

Solid forks

My company started using these a while back and they are as sturdy as a disposable fork as I have ever used. Great product
