I've seen the light
I never want to eat another brand of boxed macaroni and cheese as long as I live. This stuff is amazing.
I do have a few hints, though, that I learned while stuffing my face with this glorious pasta:
1.) It does take a little bit longer to cook
2.) Letting it sit in the cheese sauce after it cooks can do wonders. The noodles need a bit more time to soak up the sauce but once they do - man. So good.
I noticed a difference in taste the first time I had it but that went away fast. It tastes so much richer and fuller than other boxed macaroni's. The noodles don't fall apart if you leave them on the stove, either.
Honestly, it's become one of my favorite things - and the protein is awesome! I pushed this on my family immediately because they had to fall in love with this as well.
