Use it in everything

This powdered form of Lankanto was much easier to dissolve than the more sugar like one. I added it to ice cold tea and it dissolved easily, which is hard to do with the sugar like granules. I also mixed it with lemon juice and drizzled it on some almond flour scones I made and it hardened just like regular powered sugar! I would definitely try it if you need a Keto version of powdered sugar.

Some sweeteners can leave an aftertaste but the monk fruit is the best I’ve found. Great for baking and keeping it Keto!

This is the version of monk fruit/erythritol sweetener you should use when baking, as the granulated version doesn't dissolve properly. Worked great for me!
