Our mission is global transformation through ethical relationships with small-scale farmers, and an integral sustainability orientation at every point on the supply chain. Alter Eco is based on the premise that food is fundamental to life – and whole, healthy, delicious food can make life better for people all over the world. Our values extend to the flora, fauna and fields – we work with our co-op partners to preserve heirloom grains, replenish and reforest the land. Salted Caramel Truffles

They were good caramels, but most of them were melted when they arrived. I put them in the freezer, but they were still messy when I opened them.

- Melissa

Delicious little treat!

Be careful with these - you could easily eat the whole box in a couple of days! Perfect little treat. Taste better than traditional chocolate treat + the wrapper is compostable!

- Healthy Mama

Love!!

Loved these. These are delicious and my son loves it.

- Simone

Love Alter Eco products

Love these, I just opened the package the other day. Trying not to eat them all at once. Cheaper than in my local grocery store.

- Michelle

Delicious

A total treat that you don't feel bad about eating! Kids loved them too

- Brianna

Decent

Does not taste like other salted caramels I have eaten but is not bad. Both the salt and caramel tastes are subtle but nice.

Salted Caramel Truffles

Great taste and I shared them with my friend. Next time I need to order more.

- Nancy

Amazing!

The best ever! Downside is that they were eaten way too fast.

- Lynne

Great Truffles!

These are really great but they are more salty than I wanted. The texture is amazingly smooth and rich and the flavor is just a subtle caramel flavor with the complimenting salt - just a little too much of it.

- Annastasia

Heavenly

Where do I start? These are a little piece of heaven. I brought a box into work. It was gone by lunch with all the girls in the office oooohing and ahhhhing over them. Just ammazing!

Good Chocolaty Snack

I try not to eat a lot of junk food, and when I do pick snacks I always try to find something that has good qualities. I love that these are certified organic, gluten free, and that they are fair trade. It makes me feel good when I eat them, and even when I share with the kids.

Too Good To Eat Just One

These caramel truffles are divine. Even when I swear I will only eat one I have to have at least two. I keep them in a lock box in my room so the kids can't get into them. I love that I can get a decent discount on these when I buy from Thrive Market (it makes me feel less guilty about eating more than one).

Downright Divine

These are a luscious treat! Smooth as silk and a bite of heaven for your tastebuds!

- Pam

Delicious!!

These are better than Lindt's chocolate (if you know what that is). Perfectly rich and creamy.

- Ebby

Dangerous!

This product is very dangerous! You will need to order an entire case just to make it through the week. The box I ordered somehow vanished in a single day, and now my entire family is sad because "nobody" got to eat any of these :)

- Joel

amazing!

This is one of my favorite chocolates! Really great taste, creamy and sweet.
