Reviews For Spicy Guacamole Mix
Based on 8 Reviews
Made a nice bowl of guac. Can even use 3 or more Avocados for this one mix, altho it calls for 2.
Great, 2 thumbs up
Best mix I have ever tried. The regular version is good too. Yes this one is a little spicey but if you like something with a kick its great. These mixes beat the powder mixes hands down. They also do not contain all the salt, these have none, you add to taste. I found they are so flavorful you dont even need the salt. These will be my go to gucamole mixes from now on. I also found you could really add 3 avacados rather than the recommended 2 because they have so mush flavor and it goes a long way!
If you like spicy, you will love it!
I liked it
I enjoyed the flavor a lot and it's easy to make. My fiance, on the other hand, thinks it was too spicy for him. (He's a wimp).
It's very easy to make Guacamole dip with this and it's very tasty.
Hot but not that bad
This is actually a pretty mild guacamole as far as spicy goes, but that's not a bad thing. You can always add your own green chilies to make things hotter, and the guacamole itself is smooth and creamy and has a lot of nice flavor. The mix takes about 10 minutes to prepare, slightly longer if you're customizing, but it's great as a dip for football games and just to jazz up your chips or pita bread.

Most guacamole mixes are hit or miss, mostly miss, and it's usually just better to make your own from fresh avocados and spices. But this is a great mix that is easy to use and tastes just about as good as anything I've had at Chiptole or the local El Torito Mexican joint. Just make sure you pick the right avocados at your local store, blend with this mix and you're ready to go. And the price on Thrive gives you good value when you want to stock up so you're never out.

I added extra avocados and lime juice and it was great! Big win in the house.
