Why You’ll Love It

If there is one mineral that can help you feel more energetic, vibrant and alive, it’s iron. Iron enables your blood to deliver the oxygen each of your cells need to function. That’s why supporting your iron reserves is crucial for vitality, stamina and life. Yet phosphorus is a third – and often- overlooked, member of this blood-building triad. While iron draws oxygen from the lungs into the blood, phosphorus promotes the release of oxygen from the blood into the cells.

Reviews For Plant Based Liquid Iron Supplement

Based on 8 Reviews

My toddler daughter came up low in iron at her check-up, so I was told to give her some iron supplements. I didn't even order those and instead went for a bottle of this Gaia liquid iron. One month later at her next check-up her blood iron level was great. It works, and she even likes the strong taste!

New Energy

Before I started taking this products I had my iron levels tested from my medical doctor, they were very low and I was always tired. I starting taking Plant based liquid iron and what a differs in my levels and my energy. I got my boyfriend taking it also. Thank you Thrive Market for providing great product and great service.

The best iron supplement!

If you've ever tried to take one, you know they can "back you up." NOT THIS ONE. This liquid iron supplement actually tastes good and keeps my previously low iron levels in the normal range.

new to thrive

LOVE this iron supplement! I was told recently that I am slightly anemic and needed an iron supplement. This is the first one that I've tried and I no longer feel like I need a nap at 3pm every day! My energy levels are up and this is the only thing that I have done differently. The taste is doable also, I just wash it down with some water.

felt better in days

This stuff is a really good value. I was feeling kind of anemic and a friend recommended it. Within a week my energy was returning. It's tasty too!

I love this!

My doctor recommended Floradix, but this is generally a little cheaper and has a smaller neck on its bottle, which makes pouring easier. Otherwise, I haven't noticed a difference between the two. I've been taking this for a couple years now as I'm always struggling with my iron levels. This gives me NO GI issues at all. I can also take this when I'm on a juice fast. The cost always makes me pause, so I usually buy it by the case. This is the best iron supplement I've found!

So much better.

I have been taking this for two weeks. I have found that it does seem to absorb better if you follow their suggestion- take on an empty stomach 30min before a meal. And when I say 'absorb,' I guess i just mean i 'feel' it more. You know how you feel more 'whole' after you take a multivitamin? that feeling. Also it does not upset my stomach, it tastes great and not the least bit metallic like I expected. It just tastes like a sweet, fruity herbal supplement. I'll continue to buy it.

- Carlee

Fantastic iron supplement!

Fantastic iron supplement! I have a sensitive stomach and IDA. The formulation tastes good (less sweet than Floradix liquid Fe, which is also good). I easily absorb this supplement without nausea or constipation. It is the only iron supplement that allows me to follow my doctor's order and take the full 200 mg (200mL) per day without GI issues. It's more expensive than iron pills, but much cheaper than IV infusions.
