Reviews For RAW Protein Chocolate

Great product for my son.
My son doesn't eat very well, so this Raw Protein Chocolate is ideal for me to stir into his drinks.
I've been using this every day since it arrived. I sometimes add lots of ice to my Vitamix to make a milk shake. Tastes delicious, absolutely no grit, no chalk, just smooth and creamy. I plan to order other flavors!
RAW Protein Chocolate
Love it! Excellent!

Whole family loves it
This is the best protein powder I've ever had, and it's the first plant-based one I've tried. My husband and children love it, too. Great texture, smooth in the blender with almond milk; great chocolate taste, too.

I have been using this for a drink at night and it is good. At first it seemed a little gritty but I can deal with just a hint of this when drinking. I am satisfied. I use a one person blender I have used many times for making fruit smoothies.
Raw protein powder
We love this stuff! Makes for an awesome meal replacement shake or smoothie with fruit.
Raw Protein Chocolate
This is wonderful stuff. I mix it with Silk Cashew Milk and it is very tasty. It is totally digestible and satisfies for a long time. I especially recommend it as a snack for those wishing to lose weight. Mixed as I do, it is only 150 calories. With water it would be just 90. I have not even tried it with water since it is so good with the cashew milk.
To me this doesn't have much flavor and when I tried it with just almond milk it was hard to drink. I have since started using it as a dinner meal replacement and blend almond milk, frozen banana slices, strawberries, a little coconut oil, and cinnamon and it's pretty satisfying.
I recently bought a different brand and I disliked it compared to this. Great flavor!

I enjoy the flavor, but the grit at the end of every sip is not so great. I wish it was more dissolvable because the flavor is pretty great.
Great nutritional value
RAW protein is awesome mixed into a smoothie or added to chocolate pudding or another chocolate dessert. What you're getting is real protein that isn't derived from soy or animals, and it's also great if you have digestive problems, which other protein mixes can actually make worse. This has no dairy, and it's teeming with enzymes and probiotics, so you don't get that bloated feeling after you drink a glass. I take it before and after my workouts and get a huge energy boost.
As good as the vanilla
This is the first time I've tried the chocolate powder, after months of the vanilla. I think this is as good if not better than the vanilla, and it retains all the great qualities that makes Garden of Life such a great product. The protein is raw and sprouted with probiotics, which helps digestion. It's loaded with 17 grams of protein, at least a third of what you need per serving, and it's made with all-natural ingredients, good enough for vegans or vegetarians.

If it wasn't good for me ...
I really like the nutrients in this drink. I feel great while using it. Only drawback, it's grainy and chalky. I don't hate the flavor yet I wouldn't use it if I did not love how it makes me feel. I would try it in Yogurt to make it's texture better.
Really good vegan powder
This is a good vegan, non soy protein powder. It's slightly grainy and not full of sugar like a lot of processed food, so you need to blend it with bananas, other fruit, and maybe some peanut butter or a bit of cocoa, but it turns out pretty good! It makes for a light and healthy breakfast or snack that doesn't suck all the energy out of me. I also appreciate that's it's organic.

Great chocolate flavor
I LOVE the chocolate flavor. I have been buying the vanilla and unflavored version but this adds a subtle sweet choco flavor to my vegan smoothies. You can't beat healthy chocolate. Definitely check this one out!
Great Vegan Protein Powder
My only complaint about this protein powder is that it's a little bit chalky - but hey, it's protein powder so that's what you have to expect.
I like mixing it with a frozen banana, almond milk, and some greens for a protein shake at any time of day. The chocolate flavor isn't overbearing and makes for great smoothies and shakes.
Most other vegan protein powders are soy-based, so I like this one because it's made with sprouted ingredients and is just all around better for you.
