I have been using this for about a month now and it is just what my joints needed. I feel such relief! They aren't hurting me as much and the inflammation is virtually gone.

Within a week of using this regularly I started to see a change in my skin and nails. My nails are stronger and my skin is full and vibrant. My hair is stronger and fuller and shiny. I will definitely continue to use this product.
