Why You’ll Love It

Nutiva® organic hemp oil is cold-pressed and unrefined. Just like hemp seed, the oil contains the ideal 3:1 omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. Unlike flax, hemp has valuable super omega-3 (SDA) and super omega-6 (GLA), which can help the body metabolize fat. Use hemp oil in smoothies, salads, vegetables, and pasta dishes. To conserve the essential fatty acids, we suggest that you use it raw or gently heated.

Great Versatile Oil

Wonderful taste and I am enjoying using it in place of olive oil.

Pleasantly surprised

I thought my cake was ruined. Nope. It was over the top moist and yummy. Since I don't eat too much cake though, I thought to give it a whirl in my protein/vitamin shakes and smoothies. Super. Truly. And the color can be kinda cool too;)

I have been using this almost daily since I received it. Favorite use: salad dressing ( blend a tablespoon of it with 1-2 tablespoons of infused vinegar)

- Khristi

It was okay

It had a strong taste that I wasn't fond of but it seemed to be of good quality.

- Lily

Awesome on my salads. I use it instead of Olive Oil now. Has much more flavor in my opinion. Kind of a savory, nutty, flavor.

there are so many uses for this oil, I love it

Great benefits

This is an oil I take once a day for general health. I used to do that with almond oil, but I've noticed since I started taking hemp oil that I feel more energized and alert during the day. If the taste is too strong, I recommend you take a spoon of Manuka honey after, and it will restore your palate pretty quickly. But the taste is no reason not to take this, there's just too many good benefits, digestive, joints and skin just to name a few. You can even mix this with some essential oil to make a nice moisturizer.

Wonderful Oil with multiple uses

This is a fantastic and healthy hemp oil that I use as a substitute for olive oil on salads, as a dip for bread and for baking. It's also a good way to get your beans nice and moist before you cook them. Just soak beans in the hemp oil for a few hours, and not only will they cook up softer, but they will also have a wonderful flavor. It's also a great remedy for digestive problems. I've used it several times and I think it absorbs excess acid and restore pH balance to your stomach. It works really well for heartburn and acid reflux too.

Lori M.

I just bought this for the first time. It makes a great nutritious addition to my smoothies. I like the taste and the price! This is such a great value! Far cheaper than buying it locally or anywhere else online.

So many uses

I bought this to use as a diet supplement every morning, the same way I used to take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar years ago. I also started adding it to my protein shakes, and in the past two weeks, I've dropped five pounds and the only change has been this hemp oil. I had heard that it speeds up your metabolism, but I'm not sure that's the case. But I do know it's working and I feel more energized and healthy so I'm going to keep using it.

Healthy choice

I bought this product because my fiancee has irritable bowel syndrome and always has painful bowel movements accompanied with nausea. After using this for a week I saw instant results! He is feeling so much better and looks healthier! This is better than any of the medicines that were prescribed.
