I've used this cereal for a year or so and find it very handy to have around. I pour out a couple of servings, add some chia seeds, put milk over it, and let it set for 30 minutes or so and we have a quick, nutritious breakfast. You can either heat it or eat it cold. Much better nutritionally than ready-to-eat cereals.
