Etincelle, Crémant de Loire Brut

Crémant is a legal term for wines made using the same technique as Champagne, but in different regions and often using different grapes. This dry sparkler is made in France’s Loire Valley with Chenin Blanc, a versatile grape that matured in organic clay and limestone soil before being hand-harvested and fermented for up to two years in both stainless steel and concrete vats.
