Not a fan of almond milk mainly due to it's consistency and lack of complexity. I do like soy milk but have to be in the mood for it since it's flavor and consistency is bold and distinct. Loved to add oatmilk to coffees and such.... until I found macadamia milk! I like macadamia milk for coffee, shakes, or just to drink. Great consistency. Doesn't separate the way almond milk does. Not as thick as soymilk. Great flavor. Not too potent and not too mild. Just perfect.
