Use in my morning coffee and like it. It doesn't give your coffee that oily taste like regular MCT oil.

I mix this into my coffee with 2 scoops of Ancient Nutrition's multi protein powder and I love it. The taste is slightly sweet with a hint of vanilla. It mixes up well with a hand whisk.

This does not have a vanilla flavor and does not easily dissolve. I will stick to perfectketo’s brand.

I was really excited about this but then found out there's maltodextrin in it which can raise affect your insulin. I use MCT to monitor insulin levels in the morning so this is not something I want in my MCT oil/powder. Hoping they take it out :)
