A little too coconut-y but good
I was looking for an alternative to Pam spray and someone recommended this. I'm not a huge fan of coconut but I figured I'd give it a try. You can taste a little bit of coconut but it's not so bad that I don't like it. I usually only use it to make eggs and they're still good anyway. :)
I've used this product for years. It's much less expensive on Thrive.
I am a big fan of coconut oil for cooking. Used the coconut spray oil instead of olive oil for roasted red potatoes with sea salt and ground pepper. Sprayed baking pan before adding cut up potatoes, and then lightly spritzed the tops. Much easier than using oil from a bottle. Also used the spray for scrambled eggs, and they were lighter than when I melted coconut oil from a jar.

great for baking
I use it every time I bake and love it. If it gets blocked I use a toothpick or place a spray in the warm area
I love spectrum products and this one does not disappoint. So many of the aerosol cans clog but this one does not and it is light and fragrant in taste.
I love the taste of this coconut spray. It doesn't have any! You get a light fragrance of coconut when first sprayed on your pan but who doesn't like the smell of the tropics? Also is wonderful for higher heats.
I use this when I cook anything. It is amazing!
First Time Use
I used this as a butter substitute on my husband's grilled cheese sandwich. It went on extremely light and thin and grilled perfectly. No complaints from other half either!
I am delighted to have this coconut spray. I use it for a light but nutritious spray to coat the inside of pans.
I love it, use it every day for my eggs and the smell is wonderful!
Love this on popcorn instead of butter
This my 6th can or so of this. I love coconut oil and as a convenient spray is awesome! Once in awhile the end of the sprayer, oil solidifies a little and I just wipe the little chunk off and it sprays again just fine.
I use this stuff on everything!!
Love coconut oil and love that there is a spray bottle form of it!! Excellent for oiling pans before cooking food!

Perfect for cast iron skillet
My husband loves this quick, non-messy spray. I love it because it's a healthy oil.
I love all things coconut oil! This spray does a great job in my baking needs!
Great for cooking and cleanup!
Was searching for a better and healthier way to cook eggs in my cast iron pans, and since I'm trying to lower my fat intake overall this product fit into my plan perfectly!
Fav cooking oil
Great for cooking!
I love cooking with coconut oil, even better in the spray format!
Better than Olive Oil
I love this spray! Coconut oil can withstand higher temperatures than olive oil, which makes this perfect for using in the oven (we use it on the stovetop as well).
I use coconut oil for hair, beauty and cooking. It's healthy and beneficial in so many ways. I don't know why I never thought to look for it in a non-stick cooking spray. I love everything about this product. Awesome!
Great alternative to olive oil spray!
Works very well and I prefer this over olive oil since it can withstand higher heat temperatures without causing free-radicals to be released.
our kitchen is downstairs and much cooler that the rest of the house. The coconut oil spray will not spray. the first time I tried to use it nothing would come out and after warming it still would not spray. had to punch a hole in the can, carefully and drizzle it in the pan.
A bit disappointing
Didn't check the ingredients list and was disappointed to find soy in the product.

Awesome Cooking Spray!
I use coconut oil for just about everything, but because it's solid at room temp, it's kind of a pain to grease baking pans with it. This spray is the ultimate convenience! It works great, you do have to wipe the nozzle after each use so that it doesn't get buildup (no big deal, takes two seconds.)
This spray makes it easy for me to get a good even coat of oil all over my cooking surface, even my popover pan! It also leaves a very faint coconut flavor to the foods which is enjoyable. I got my mom to start using this when she cooks now!

Doesn't get better!
The convenience and health factors of this product make it a must-have for every household in my opinion! I am a wellness professional and I recommend this spray to almost everyone. It is great for all types of cooking, it's better than a nonstick pan in my opinion. A great low calorie cooking spray!

Love it !!
Much easier to bake with than using the jar kind.
This spray is wonderful. There is only a slight hint of coconut taste, and it doesn't burn. We even spray it on the grill and it works so good!!
Spectrum Coconut Oil Spray
I used to use this until I saw it contains soy. I don't see that it is non-GMO, so I don't use this. Kelapo makes one that is soy free. Wish you carried that.
Best for baking
I use this stuff all the time when I am baking. It keeps cakes and quiche from sticking to the pain. I found I no longer need to buy cupcake liners, with this my muffins and cupcakes no longer stick and slide right out of the pan.
The coconut flavor is very light and almost unnoticeable on the foods you use it with.

Some oils leave an oil residue on food, even when you use them from a spray can like this. This stuff might leave a little grease on your meal, but it enhances the flavor of foods, instead of taking it away from it.
This stuff really keeps even the toughest foods from sticking. I use it a lot. It keeps my cookies from sticking to the pan without the use of parchment paper too!

Light Taste, Trusted Product
Since we live in a rural area, with the closest "big" store 30 miles away, it's absolutely essential I'm able to order healthy products online. Moreover, they need to be able to deliver without issue.
Thrive Market delivers when they say they will, and the prices are always lower than expected. That's a sign of a great company, in my book!
Spectrum Naturals is another trusted company. This coconut spray, as all of their products, is made from natural, healthy ingredients.

I do a lot of waffle making, and unless I use a non-stick spray, the waffles tend to stay in the pan. I've been using random store-bought non-stick sprays until now, but I always wondered what was in those cans. With this, I know exactly what it is. When sprayed with this stuff, my waffles slide right out of the waffle maker without any fuss. It doesn't add much of a taste to the waffles, and the spray mechanism has always allowed an even coating on my waffle maker. Love that this stuff is healthy and allows me to feel better about the ingredients in the waffles I feed my family.
Great non-stick product
There is nothing more annoying than food sticking to a pan or dish. I use this stuff all the time and love the flavor it adds to my foods.
It's definitely a favorite choice when baking cakes or cooking up pancakes. It perfectly keeps things from sticking. I don't like it with some foods, like eggs, because it seems to alter the taste.

Price is good too
Amazon's selling these six per case for just under six bucks, so Thrive's got them beat on that score. Seems to me if you're charging more for your product, the free shipping doesn't really offset that, right?
Anyway, this is pretty good spray oil as it goes. It's light and thin when it hits the pan, but you have to use a lot to get the pan coated right. Best for vegetables.,

Works well, but nozzle clogs up
I've used Spectrum's coconut oil for a few months now. I wanted to try something other than olive oil, and I had heard good things about coconut spray oil.
It works nicely for cooking, although you may miss the taste of real oil. It's light and clean, and has that coconut flavor, which is nice when you're doing a stir-fry. But the nozzle always clogs up and has to be wiped down.

Healthy cooking spray
I love olive oil, but I was looking for something even more healthy. Coconut oil is as healthy as it gets with no fat, calories or trans fat.
Also, you get that nice aroma and flavor of coconut, which is great when my wife makes Asian dishes like shrimp curry. Guilt-free eating when you use this spray.
- Percy Figueroa
I love to cook with coconut oil, and this is a convenient option. It helps me control the quantity and distribution of oil. Also, no temptation to just eat the oil right out of the jar. It's much better than Pam. Just remember to wipe the nozzle before or after use.
