Tastes just like the original rice noodles

The taste and texture is just like regular rice noodles. Great for salads or stir frying.

Delicious!

I made some pork pan fried noodle with vegetables and eggs. The noodles were quite delicious in the dish. It's hard to find the brown rice mai fun where I live, so I was really happy to find it at a great price!

Yum, yum, yum!

These cook up and you can't tell they're made with brown rice at all! I can't get brown rice noodles in my area so they're perfect and cheap for me! I like them in all sorts of soups. Delish....

Works as Asian or angel hair!

I've used these in Asian dishes, and also as a gluten-free angel hair/capellini substitute. I think the noodles are slightly skinnier than traditional angel hair, but just as delicious - especially with olive oil, lemon juice, arugula, garlic, pine nuts, and black pepper.

Better than Corn Pasta

These brown rice noodles are perfect for me. I eliminated gluten and corn from my daily diet a few years back. About the only alternative to wheat or flour, pasta has been made with corn. Not only is it corn, it tastes bad. Brown rice has been a staple in my pantry for these past years of eating better. I love the tastes of brown rice when it's compressed into other things, especially pasta!

Perfect Versital Noodles

Annie Chun's Maifun Brown Rice Noodles have a light taste, not at all grain heavy. I use these noodles instead of traditional flour pastas. I mix them up like mac and cheese for the children and they love it. This is perfect for angel hair pasta with tuna, and healthier for your body.
