After a farmers market trip, greens are often the first vegetable to spoil. Because no one likes soggy spinach, try this simple trick!

Prolong the lifespan of greens by wrapping them loosely in a damp paper towel and storing them in a resealable plastic bag. That local arugula will last as much as four days longer.

    Does this also work for herbs, like you have in the photo? And do you need to have the roots? I have some mint and cilantro in cups of water bc I thought that would work, but it's not doing so well!
