They have a pretty weird smell when you first open the bag, but I followed the directions and the smell vanished as soon as they were rinsed. They have a great consistency, sort of like how really authentic ramen has a great consistency.
Good noodle substitute. Smells really weird when you open the package (almost fishy?). Smell stayed even after rinsing and blanching per package instructions. After I put my sauce on it and ate it, there was no smell or any weird taste. Just the feel of noodle in my mouth. Would buy again.
These really are amazing! Hands down the best pasta alternative
I have been hearing about the Shirataki noodles so was glad to get the chance to try them. Since I have gone glueten free it was great to find this healthy alternative that taste very good and is healthy for you,
Like the other Shirataki noodles, these are also great to eat, easy to prepare, work with any sauce or meats added. Very nice light taste and feel. A little pricey for the amount in each package, but very good stuff.

I love these. Fast and easy. Perfect when you're trying to reduce carbs and want pasta. Haha. I look forward to having these on hand all the time with this amazing price. They're good with sauce, I'm going to try with just raw veggies and a little olive oil.
The noodles absorbed the flavor of our sauce and had a great consistency. They were not mushy at all. Delish!
Spinach Shirataki Noodles
One package with sauce (I used the organic garlic sauce from Thrive, as recommended by another reviewer) makes a good meal for one person with a side salad. I prepared my noodles by rinsing well and draining, as advised. I then preheated my cast iron pan (which is non-stick, otherwise use a non-stick pan) to low medium, and put the noodles in there with a teeny dab of coconut oil, which wasn't really necessary. I heated them, stirring frequently, until they were opaque, and more 'noodle like.' Then I poured sauce over, stirred, and served. This cooking method worked very well and both my husband and I enjoyed the dish. The noodles were a little chewy, but not rubbery. The garlic sauce is very good, I recommend it, too!
You have to try these
I love these noodles! I gave up gluten which included a lot of pastas. These noodles are a great alternative and, of course, go with anything. The portions are perfect for one person too.

Sorry. I wanted to like these. They smelled "fishy" and were very much like chewing rubber bands. Yikes!
Pleasantly surprised! Easy to Fix!
Used these in a favorite recipe in place of my usual pasta. Very good.
These noodles are just what someone who is grain free needs! I was surprised at the great texture. Will definitely be part of my diet.

I loved them, hubby not so much.
Made these noodles yesterday and they were awesome. They do not have the texture of pasta so if you are really big on texture, like my husband who hated it, this isn't the noodle for you. Sort of felt crunchy and a tiny bit slimy, but nothing too bad. It smells horrible out of the package but once you rinse it off the smell is gone. It also absorbs any flavor you put on it so it ends up tasting great.
they are ok
Yes yes yes
Obsessed with these! They're more firm but I like my pasta al dente so I'm fine with it. The first time I made them, I used the thrive brand garlic pasta sauce and it was great. Not as good with an olive oil garlic sauce so maybe stick with something heavier. The noodles don't have much flavor on their own. And be careful, if you don't add sauce right away after straining them, they will stick together. Love them though, ordering more right now!
interesting texture for these noodles and LOVE the no carb on them, can you get more flavors?
Spinach Infused Shirataki Miracle Noodles are Tasty!
Today I had the opportunity to sample the spinach infused Shirataki noodles by Miracle Noodle. I must say they were incredibly tasty. I have tried similar noodles from other companies in the past and couldn't imagine incorporating them into my diet due to their strong odor and flavor. However, these particular noodles were delicious. They were served with a bit of pesto and Parmesan cheese. The mouthfeel is a bit chewier than most noodles which is fine by me. I don't care too much for mushy pasta. The noodles were sufficiently "noodley" enough to satisfy my noodle cravings while sticking to my food plan. These would be great for those on low carbohydrate or low glycemic diets. They are also Paleo friendly. Overall, I was impressed with how tasty this product is. It is also packaged conveniently in 1-2 serving size packages. I received a sample of this product and was asked for my honest opinion.
