I love this cereal . It tastes great and is low in sugar and gluten free which is important for me.
Love this cereal the grain mixture provides adequate nutrition daily. Even eat this dry for a snack. Just perfect amount of sweet.

A great value!
If you are serious about a gluten-free diet, I am sure you have struggled with tiny, pricey boxes. This is a generous offering for a good price and has been around a long time.
Tasty and Gluten Free
Since my husband and I decided to go Gluten free two years ago, I have been on a search to find good GF breakfast cereal.
My "go to" breakfast. With fresh fruit. This is great and we both eat it all the time. Crunchy, multi-flavors. Doesn't get soggy in almond milk. Not too sweet.Highly recommend.
Great for Gluten Free, Vegan, FODMAP Diets
I recently discovered I have a number of intolerances related to wheat and fiber (like chicory root and inulin). Many GF products--while not including wheat---have the other aggravating additives, and this has been my go-to cereal for a couple of months now! It stays fresh for ages--although I do transfer it to a large glass jar.
The only cereal I eat
I switched to this cereal because it has nuts and seeds which are recommended for a healthy lifestyle
Great nutty taste
Love the taste of this cereal! Not bland like corn or wheat flakes. Has a great crunch. Gluten free and good ingredients. This is a frequent buy.
Love this cereal with almond milk!
These cornflakes taste great and stay crispy until gone. Large bag should last a while.
My favorite gluten-free cereal of all time
I've tried many, and this one is the best. Crunchy, mildly sweet, and great as a yogurt topping or on its own. Mesa4lyfe
Admittedly not the best taste, but it's not bad either. Decent price and it's good for the days you just don't want to cook breakfast.
This is by far my favorite cereal. I love that it's vegan and gluten free, and I really don't mind the little bit of added sugar. It's a great breakfast or a great mid-afternoon snack. I used to enjoy it with almond milk or soy milk, but now that I found oat milk through Thrive, it's PERFECT. I love the way they taste together. Mesa Sunrise will always be a staple in my cabinet.
I don't know what someone meant by saying this was "slimy" because it was so crunchy and not in the least slimy to me! It is lightly sweetened (barely) and I just love the crunch. I love this with almond or cashew milk, or as a topping on cottage cheese or yogurt. I love the texture of these flakes. Not to mention how much healthier this is than your regular store-bought cereals.
I have eaten many, many healthy whole grain gluten free cereals over the years but this one is by far the worst flavor! The only way I can describe it is it tastes like a barnyard smells. My husband completely agrees. Ok nutritionally but not edible in our opinion.
I'm not a health food enthusiast but this really has an unpleasant taste, to me. Maybe if you eat organic and unsweetened cereals, this is a good one. But not to me. I will try to bake with it, but I can't eat it as a cereal. It has a slimy quality that may be the quinoa.
Tastes like healthy corn flakes
This is corn flakes for people who love organic, healthy and natural cereal. It's made from corn flax, quinoa and amaranth, and it's lightly sweetened so you get a good flavor but nothing that makes you gag with too much sugar. Perfect paired with almond or rice milk or sprinkled over plain yogurt.

I like this cereal. It is unique from other cereals in flavor, ingredients, and it is gluten free. I really enjoyed it .My son liked it as well and asked for a second bowl when his first was gone. It is a wonderful addition to our morning routine and cereal cupboard.

Great breakfast cereal
I was curious about this cereal, so I decided to try it. The cereal tasted like normal cereal, but I liked that it was organic. It tasted fresher, and I liked the texture of it. This cereal is not only healthy, but it tastes great as well.

Tastes great and affordable!
Mesa Sunrise tastes great stays fresh. I eat it every morning with a banana. This is my favorite cereal - and healthy too! My semi-local health food store can't keep enough of it in stock so I am thrilled that Thrive Market is carrying it!

The whole family loves this...
My whole family loves this cereal. We eat it every day with soymilk. It has a nice toasty flavor and isn't too sweet. I love that it's naturally sweetened, and so much better than all the sugar laden junk in the cereal aisle - we don't even miss it. With flax and quinoa, the health benefits are outstanding.
