Very delicious

This pasta was very delicious. It has a great texture, flavor and is beautiful. One box was enough for two adults and two kids under 10. My husband could not tell that it was gluten free.

My new favorite!

Excellent pasta - outstanding body, texture, and nutritional benefits. The trick is to cook it long enough, though. I found that 10-11 minutes did it perfectly, which is slightly more than they recommend on the box.

Great in cold salads!

This pasta works very well in pasta and bean salads and other cold salads. It doesn't get mushy like some other gluten-free pasta and has a decent texture.

Great whole wheat substitute

A gluten free diet isn't always one that packs a ton of flavor, but there are so many more products coming out that do make good taste a priority. Giving up whole wheat pasta was a big deal for me, so this pasta made from corn and quinoa flour is a lifesaver. It tastes wonderful, with a slight hint of pepper, and it cooks up just great with sauce or in a pasta salad.

Good GF Pasta

My wife can't have gluten anymore, so we've had to make some changes to our regular pasta nights. This has been our compromise. We're both impressed by how delicious this pasta is. It doesn't have much sodium in it. As long as you boil them long enough, they aren't too crunchy. They do have more of an "al dente" taste to them than regular pasta does, but it's still a normal amount of crunchy.

Unique and Delicious

This pasta has a unique shape that makes it fun to eat and to cook for the kids. They love this pasta and hardly could tell the difference between this and the usual gluten laden pasta.
It cooks quickly and too perfection-no al dente pasta to munch on. It tastes really great with parm cheese on it or light sauce with a little feta. I like to serve it with butter as well as an easy meal or snack.
