The only gluten free noodle brand I will buy

I have tried many gluten free noodles, but this brand is by far the best I have found. They cook just right, aren't mushy or sticky. Very hard to mess up and overcook these. I love them.

The only spaghetti substitute for me

10 years ago, on our honeymoon, one of the places we stopped at told us about this spaghetti. I was gluten free back then and had given up pasta because the alternatives were so bad. This stuff is incredible. It tastes and feels like real spaghetti. My gluten glutinous husband even loves it.

I have since given up grains for the most part, so I'm not eating it right now, but if I ever add rice back, this will be the first thing!

Seriously... This is definitely the best gluten free spaghetti I've ever tried. This pasta behaves almost the same as regular wheat pasta and does not get mushy, sticky or any other way of nasty like many gluten free pastas do. We love it! Even my 8 year old daughter thinks it's great. For sure one of the best gluten free pasta's we have had. For those that complain about the taste I am guessing that perhaps they have been heavily processed food eaters. Cooks nice al dente, ok flavor

On my gluten free diet, I don't get to eat as much pasta as I want, except for Tinkyada. I buy the company's penne, but this is the first time trying the spaghetti. Different texture, really, cooks a nice al dente, but flavor not as rich or strong as with the penne. It isn't quite the same as wheat pasta, no nutty flavor, so just ok. Better when I use basil to enhance the taste a bit.

No Mush Gluten Free Pasta

Recently, I had to eliminate gluten, soy, corn, dairy, and a few other foods from my diet due to allergies and intolerance. The dietitian I spoke with said I didn't have to give up pasta, which was a major concern for me. I mean I could cut out everything else, even sour cream and cheeses, but pasta is a weekly meal for me. How would I go without it?

She suggested Tinkyada organic brown rice pastas. I had read that a lot of the rice pastas cooked up to a big mushy mess. I don't even like cereals that get soft in milk. But this brand is a "certified no-mush" pasta. The brown rice, no matter if the pasta is spaghetti or another form, cooks up strong, able to withstand large amounts of sauce and still maintain an andante presentation throughout the meal.

Makes great noodle salads

This pasta is pretty good, but it doesn't taste much like normal pasta. My husband isn't gluten-free, and while he'll eat some GF brands of pasta with me he won't touch this one.

I am not a fan of the flavor of this mixed with my spaghetti sauce or Alfredo, but I do love using it for cold pasta salads (like an antipasto noodle salad). It also tastes pretty good with ghee and fresh garlic.

It is okay

I have to admit this Brown Rice Spaghetti is not my favorite. In our house we are working to be 100% Gluten free and this seemed like a great substitute to the usually gluten packed spaghetti. We really love spaghetti in our house so we were expecting to love it.
Sadly, it tastes a lot like rice opposed to pasta, so my husband and kids could tell the difference and were not big fans. It is okay, it is definitely no worse than any other rice pasta we have tried. But it isn't much better either. It also has to be cooked much longer than most or it comes out al dante.
We will definitely have it again since its still the best brand we have found thus far, and they did like the size of the pasta. I liked the health benefits of eating rice pasta opposed to wheat pasta. I am hoping that after eating it again we will like it more and it will grow on us since it very well could have just been that we like traditional spaghetti so much.
