We can eat plain kale chips by the bowlful, but the addition of a savory, nutty spice makes this Paleo-friendly snack even more crave-worthy. Sprinkle it on popcorn, avocado toast, and roast chicken, too!

For the everything-bagel spice mix
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon large-flake sea salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
For the kale chips
2 bunches curly kale, stems removed and torn into 2- to 3-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 ½ tablespoons everything-bagel spice mix
Make the spice mix
Stir together all the ingredients in a small sealable glass jar or plastic bag.
Make the kale chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss kale, olive oil, and 2 ½ tablespoons of the spice mix together in a large glass bowl until kale is coated. Arrange kale pieces in a single layer on prepared baking sheets. Bake about 20 minutes, or until crisp, turning over the leaves about halfway through. Let cool completely before serving.
