Everything-Bagel Kale Chips
Yield: 2 to 4 servings

For the kale chips 2 bunches curly kale, stems removed and torn into 2- to 3-inch pieces 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 ½ tablespoons everything-bagel spice mix
Make the spice mix
Stir together all the ingredients in a small sealable glass jar or plastic bag.
Make the kale chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss kale, olive oil, and 2 ½ tablespoons of the spice mix together in a large glass bowl until kale is coated. Arrange kale pieces in a single layer on prepared baking sheets. Bake about 20 minutes, or until crisp, turning over the leaves about halfway through. Let cool completely before serving.
