Vanilla Cinnamon Latte Recipe

If you can’t start your day without a morning buzz, elevate your brew with this 5-minute latte. It’s blended with creamy oat milk, vanilla, and sweetened with maple syrup. A sprinkle of warm cinnamon is the perfect finishing touch whether you linger over your cup or take it to go.

Vanilla Cinnamon Latte

Yield: 1 serving

½ cup brewed hot coffee
½ cup Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend, warmed
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish


Brew coffee and set it aside. Add warm oatmilk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to a blender; blend for 30 seconds, or until frothy. Pour into a mug filled with coffee. Top with some of the foam and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
