Proper Good, Chicken & Mushroom Soup

Just wanted to say that it makes an amazing pasta sauce! For those who are tired of eating the same old pasta flavors over & over, this one is a good change up!

Lacking flavor. But, low in carb which I like.

very tasty. Nice chunks of chicken and mushroom. Not salty at all.

This soup is merely OK. For me, the chunks of chicken are too big and that is the only chicken I tasted. I’m not sure what this needs but it needs something. Not to mention I’m still hungry. Normally that amount of soup would fill me up.

I am always wary of buying pre-packaged soup, but buying it at Whole Foods is unnecessarily expensive, and when I make it at home, it's always a large batch that I have a hard time finishing myself (my partner hates soup), so I decided to give this a try. It's not great. The consistency is fine, but even after adding some salt and pepper, I just don't love the flavor. It kind of lacks in spices and seasonings and has an aftertaste that lingers after each bite. I didn't even end up finishing it
